Workshop in Guatemala: Building Equitable and Prosperous Communities

Cultural Practice has been working with colleagues from Lutheran World Relief and the Asociación para la Diversificación y el Desarrollo Agricola Comunal (ADDAC) to develop a toolkit that agricultural cooperatives can use to conduct a gender gap analysis and address gender inequalities in their work and communities. In 2018, CP co-facilitated a workshop in Guatemala to refine the contents of this toolkit which builds on the Learning for Gender Integration (LGI) initiative implemented by Lutheran World Relief. The workshop was also conducted in Honduras and Peru.
